Planting the Seeds of Change
Family Creed, Inc. was born in 2017 from the shared vision of founders Michael and Sandra Thomas. Driven by a deep commitment to youth development, they set out to create an organization that would go beyond traditional approaches. This year, we’re proud to celebrate our 7th anniversary of empowering youth and making a real difference in our community.
From day one, Family Creed has been synonymous with quality programming, meaningful community engagement, and innovative approaches to youth development. We’re known for our site-specific, non-traditional programs that meet young people where they are and help them discover their unique potential.

Our mission at Family Creed is to cultivate a generation of youth capable of critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving. Through comprehensive programs, we instill values of leadership, accountability, responsibility, and focus, empowering young individuals to thrive in an ever-changing world.
We envision a community where youth development is a top priority. Family Creed is committed to promoting health, literacy, mentoring, and community engagement. By addressing fundamental needs – access to resources, strong family support, positive role models, social and emotional well-being, quality education, and holistic health – we’re creating an environment that alleviates community stressors and breaks down barriers, paving the way for a brighter future for our youth and the communities they serve.
